That we're experiencing an economic slow down here in the US shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. Economists and the like have been prophesying a reccession for quite some time now and the inevitability of their predictions seem almost a given.
According to a USA Today/ Gallup Poll, "More than three in four Americans [already]think the country is in a recession." 79% moreover said that they were worried the country could slip into a depression lasting several years.
There is hope.
Amidst falling stock prices, a failing real estate market, and large corporations reporting record losses, there is an industry that is enjoying steady growth. That industry is NETWORK MARKETING.
The Network Marketing/Direct Selling industry has historically done better in time of economic slow down. This is because as the ecomony slows, people begin searching for ways of generating extra income.
Jim Cramer from CNBC's Mad Money explains it beautifully in the show's 3rd Anniversary episode. Watch it here.
This is why I love this industry. Not only we do have an opportunity to create substantial incomes for ourselves but, we also more importantly have in our hands the ability to help thousands of others do the same thereby helping them through times of ecomonic downturns.
Now is the perfect time to be involved in Network Marketing.

MLM is truly counter-cyclical. I have been an advocate of MLM since my first exposure to it in 1965, when I was 22. I returned to MLM in 1992, and now, after 38 years as a licensed Texas Attorney, and having owned 2 Texas Oil Exploration Companies, and two NASD licensed investment banking and venture capital companies, and having been involved in taking companies public, all during the high flying early and mid 80's prior to the Crash of 1987, I am now making more solid and increasing residual cash flow that I have been able to do in the past. And some of the best parts are, I have no overhead, no employees, no capital requirements, no liability, no paperwork, and no special equipment, no office, and no warehouse. And the ongoing and increasing cash flow is willable and inheritable.
Now that the US is in another Recession, it's great to be in a recession-proof business, that is counter-cyclical, and the tougher the Recession gets, the more my MLM business grows and prospers. It is a well known fact that a good MLM works this way. I have an independent distributorship with XanGo, and am making multiple six figure income, and more than I made when I practiced law for 30 years, and was in the oil, real estate, and investment businesses. While I did make more in some months and years in these other businesses, I lost it all during the bad years. My XanGo MLM business keeps growing, every year, and my volume is now an annualized $5 Million, in 12 countries, with a global network of over 11,500 independent distributors.
