Network Marketing is a profession that anyone can succeed in. Regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, education, religion, geographic location, quite literally anyone can create massive organizations and the massive incomes that go along with them. So given this, why then is it that some do well in this profession while others fail miserably?
I believe the answer is personal development.
If you're organization and income aren't where you want them to be, aren't growing and thriving like let say someone in your crossline, chances are that individual has devoted more time to his personal development than you. Why do I say that?
Well, let use your company as an example. Within that company certainly every distributor has access to the same products. Every distributor has access to the same websites, DVD's, CD's, brochures, and other tools. Every distributor has access to the same trainings, webinars, and conference calls. The compensation plan is no different from one person to the next. In these terms, it's a level playing field.
The discrepancy can only be found within each individual distributor.
You see, in Network Marketing we face a whole new world, brand new territory where pretty much everything is foreign to us. Success in Network Marketing not only necessitates learning and mastering new skills but it also means having to face a whole new set of hurdles and challenges, things we've not necessarily ever had to deal with before.
So unless you're already naturally equipped with the talents and fortitude to face these new sets of adventures, then chances are you're going to need to devote some time to becoming a person who can.
You have to devote time to becoming a better YOU.
So is your business where you want it to be and if not what is holding you back?
